Product Introduction
The standard bag unpacking machine, also known as the manual unpacking machine or bag dumping station, integrates a filtration and dust removal system in its main body and has a compact structure. The materials recovered through the dust removal system fall into the hopper by gravity. The operator places the material bag on the bracket and pushes it into the iron grid. Next, the operator makes a vertical cut in the material bag and shakes it to empty it. The materials in the material bag can be conveyed to the feeder through the hopper. The built-in filter material is driven by a fan. The air-jet cleaning dust collection filter can collect the dust produced during the emptying process of the material bag. The emptied material bags are removed manually and processed centrally.
The overall structure of the product is a compact, exquisite and beautiful welded design. Users can choose from various main materials according to their actual needs. Stainless steel (55304, S5304L, 55316, 316L), carbon steel, etc. The fan is 750 CFM, with a filtration area of 7 square meters. It can be connected with dust separation and filtration equipment or assembled with a central vacuum cleaner. The hopper for collecting materials has different volumes to choose from, and the support legs can be appropriately adjusted in height according to the on-site conditions. A bag press can be configured for the recycling and processing of waste bags.
