The pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator to convey materials, without the need for mechanical vacuum pumps. It features a simple structure, small size, maintenance-free operation, low noise, convenient control, elimination of material static electricity, and compliance with GMP requirements. The high vacuum generated by the vacuum generator eliminates the stratification of the conveyed materials, ensuring the uniformity of the components of the mixed materials. It is an automatic feeding device for machinery such as tablet presses, rubber stopper filling machines, dry granulators, packaging machines, crushers, and vibrating screens.
When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow. The material is sucked into the suction nozzle to form a material airflow, which then passes through the suction pipe to reach the material bin of the feeding machine. The filter thoroughly separates the material from the air. When the material fills the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air supply, the vacuum generator will stop working, and at the same time, the silo door will automatically open, allowing the material to fall into the hopper of the equipment. Meanwhile, compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse back-blowing valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends a feeding signal, the feeding machine will start automatically.
