The selectable range of magnetic force includes: the standard type (N style) up to 12,000 Gs and the easy-to-clean type (E style) up to 8,000 Gs.

2. The inlet and outlet can be designed as flange or square interface, which can be conveniently installed on various pipelines.

3. The standard operating temperature is ≤80℃. Under special requirements, the maximum operating temperature can reach 350℃.

4. Magnetic racks can be provided as single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer according to customer requirements.

5. The drawer materials are available in 304 and 316L stainless steel.

Application fields

Magnetic drawer magnetic separators are widely used in fields such as ceramics, chemicals, plastics, rubber, dyes, mining, and environmental protection. They are used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from dry materials such as powder, sheet, and granular materials, such as white sugar, grains, and tea.
