Working principle
It is through the transmission of a motor and a reducer that a rotor with an equal division structure rotates inside the casing. The material from the upper hopper or feeding device of the casing is filled into the cavity of the rotor, and the material is discharged from the lower part of the casing along with the rotation of the rotor.
It can be uniformly and continuously discharged downstream in accordance with the requirements of the conveying system.
The special cross-sections at the inlet and outlet of the shell effectively prevent the squeezing, jamming and shearing crushing of granular materials.
The shell is designed with an exhaust channel for balancing pressure and an exhaust pipe interface, which can improve work efficiency and prevent material accumulation.
The casing and impeller have been specially designed in structure, capable of conveying materials with high hardness, high viscosity, high temperature, prone to static electricity generation, ultra-fine and other special features.
It can convey food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade materials.
